What is Wanderlight?
Wanderlight:™ A Pilgrim’s Adventure is a groundbreaking online game for Catholic kids of all ages as well as those interested in learning about the Catholic faith. The game invites players to explore the Catholic Faith in an engaging and beautiful world and venture out in their role as “the Pilgrim”—a seeker on a quest to discover and experience core teachings of the faith while practicing how to “shine their light” and live as a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ.
Who is Wanderlight for?
Players of all ages will enjoy Wanderlight. However, the content and quests are leveled and are targeted to what children aged 5-12 typically learn in school and religious education classes.
What is the gameplay?
Throughout Wanderlight the Pilgrim completes a variety of quests, gaining knowledge and growing in faith along the way. Quests may involve finding lost items, helping neighbors, and solving mysteries. To see a sample of quests, please see here.
The gameplay also includes mini-games, such as mazes and sticker puzzles.
What is the difference between the individual and educator version of Wanderlight?
There is no difference in gameplay. The education version offers classroom rostering, administration, and reporting tools. Additionally, educators may limit the number of levels available to students. For a full overview of the educator section, please see here.

Individual players can purchase Wanderlight online here or through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once the game has been purchased, it can be played on phones, tablets, or computers.
Where can I play Wanderlight?
Wanderlight can be played on phones and tablets via the Wanderlight App downloadable in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. It can be played on desktops and laptops via internet browser at www.wanderlightgame.com.* For a listing of device specifications, please see technical requirements.
*Individuals can only purchase Wanderlight via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once they have downloaded the app, they can play it through the app on their phone, tablet, or use their login on www.wanderlightgame.com to play on a desktop or laptop.

What is the Sparkle Path?
The Sparkle Path guides the Pilgrim from quest to quest. If you are ever lost, pause, look for the Sparkle Path, and follow it to the next destination.

How does the Pilgrim’s lantern work?
The Pilgrim’s lantern brightens and dims based on the actions of the Pilgrim. For instance, if the Pilgrim chooses to help a neighbor in need, their lantern will brighten. If they turn down the opportunity, their lantern will dim.
